Heather's motivation for legal practice is rooted in her deep commitment to social justice. Her goal is to be a steady, friendly guiding hand for her clients through the complex maze of the legal system.

Prior to joining the Erlich Law Firm, Heather's work focused on representing injured workers in workers compensation claims, first with Pollan Dobbs, PLLC, and then at Morgan & Morgan's Jackson, Mississippi office. Her passion for defending workers' rights to dignity, respect, and fair treatment will continue in her work with the Erlich Law Firm.

Heather completed her legal education at Tulane University School of Law in 2014. While in law school she participated in the Juvenile Litigation Clinic, where she represented children in Orleans Parish Juvenile Court. She also served on the executive board of Tulane's Law Students for Reproductive Justice chapter. During her tenure, the chapter was awarded two national organizing awards.

Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2011 with a degree in English Literature and a double minor in anthropology and human rights. She moved to Arlington, Virginia, to join the Erlich Law Office in 2022. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and their menagerie of rescue mutts. Her hobbies include cooking, travel, and choral singing.
